Jimmy was our service tech and he went above and beyond and was very thorough as well as hard working. We strongly recommend Comfort Energy for your duct cleaning. I needed to completely replace the heating in my 80y/o home. After much research decided that a heat pump mini-split system was the best, least disruptive option for a retrofit.

Comfort salesman Pat worked with me as I had many questions about the system, design options, and its potential deployment under my home. He even agreed to send his site foreman to inspect my crawl space prior to signing the contract so that we had an absolutely clear idea of how the retrofit would be accomplished.

The retrofit took about three days and the installation team was courteous and efficient. We now have electric heat and A/C that has worked through the winter and now the summer heat. They cleverly designed concealment of the old floor registers and removed the ancient under-floor gas units.

When the system showed some teething pains, they promptly sent out a technician (Max L.) who fine-tuned the performance (all under warranty).

As a Mitsubishi certified installer (Mistu being the leading heat pump equip. vendor) Comfort offered extra time on their warranty, and their price quote was competitive.

Hoping & expecting that their prompt service will continue in the years ahead.

I opted for the floor-mounted interior units, which are less common. But I felt they were less cosmetically intrusive than the units that sit high on the wall.

I just wanted to take the time to review this company for the excellent customer service and work we received. First our salesman Eric was extremely knowledgeable about the product along with the budget we had. He got us set up with a package unit that was right up our alley with our needs and our price bracket. Next, the customer care manager, Pat, came and was quick and thorough when checking out the job site of any concerns before the team proceeded. Then came the time for the installation. The crew consisted of Alexander and Oscar who were not only friendly but eager to get the job done efficiently. A couple of days ago, I called Comfort Energy to request for air duct cleaning service. The service gentleman, Jimmy Santana came today. He knocked on the door. His uniform was clean & neat. He was very polite, friendly, and thorough with his work. He took his time cleaning the air duct and was very careful about moving the ladder around the house.  I am extremely happy with Jimmy. I have a 3-story house. Jimmy climbed back and forth and it was quite tiring. However, he still patiently and nicely answer any questions if asked. I would highly recommend Jimmy for any air duct cleaning. Thanks, Jimmy for the great work. You are incredible!

We purchased a home in San Jose and found out the high-efficiency furnace was venting into the attic and needed immediate attention.

He came out to check our furnace, tuned it for optimal performance, and cleaned out our entire HVAC duct system - he was very communicative and knowledgeable and kept us informed continuously about all things with our HVAC system as he was making adjustments and cleaning it out. The technician was on time and before arriving the office sent a picture along with his name. He was very courteous and professional. He determined that our system was working and that it is the way the vents are set up that is causing the problem. He suggested ways to improve the heat dispersal and later provided us with an estimate, as we requested. The installer Bob did and outstanding job, and the QC checker Mizael did a thorough follow-up check of the installation and checked each of the furnace vents for adequate heat. Max, was the technician who came out to work on my furnace. He got it working again very quickly. Unfortunately, it stopped working the next day. Customer service couldn't have been better. Max was back out the next day without a new service charge. The circuit board had given up the struggle. This was late afternoon on a Thursday. My house was in escrow and the inspector was coming on Sunday. Max managed to locate a new circuit board and get it installed by Friday afternoon! I love this guy and by extension this company. Highly recommend !

Fred from Comfort Energy was extremely prompt. The company got back to me VERY quickly to do a quote( a very reasonable one by the way), and the follow-up to start the job was excellent.
